Position Summary
The Information Governance & Privacy Office (IGPO) is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Aetna Privacy team. This role focuses on privacy compliance, documentation, and incident investigations. Ideal candidates have experience in compliance and privacy, and are familiar with Aetna’s business.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate privacy incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on privacy compliance
- Support responses to regulatory and customer inquiries or complaints
- Review business processes and recommend improvements
- Answer privacy-related questions across the organization
- Consult with legal teams when needed
- Assist with special projects
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and governance standards
- Familiarity with laws such as HIPAA, state privacy laws, and insurance regulations
- Microsoft Office experience (1+ year)
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage high-priority projects
- Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPT, CIPM) are a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
