Junior Authentication Training Specialist

About the Team

At GOAT Group, our Authentication Operations team is essential in educating, training and supporting the Authenticators in physical and digital operations. With the partnership of the operations and retail leaders they focus on ensuring we are creating the best-in-class authenticators by providing them the tools and training they need to verify every product is accurate and authentic.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain authentication expertise/mastery across multiple categories and product types;
  • Footwear
  • Apparel
  • Collectibles
• Learn and enforce GOAT’s authentication and quality control process, which will be passed down and enforced to authentication team members
• Helm training of authentication team members
  • Track authenticators' training progress, results and accuracy
  • Compile training feedback and report back findings to authentication leadership
• Foster cross-functional relationships with Operations, Business Development, Product/Launch and CX to maintain an efficient and productive working environment
• Perform product research and draft research summaries
• Other duties as assigned
