Job Description
AWS Korea is seeking a Partner Domain Specialist (PDS) for Data & Analytics and AI to accelerate cloud adoption by building a high-impact partner ecosystem. You'll work with top-tier partners to develop AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and Storage capabilities that deliver transformative customer outcomes across all segments in Korea.
In this role, you will own the Data & Analytics partner domain playbook, manage strategic partner relationships, and drive governance mechanisms that ensure a healthy and growing partner ecosystem. You'll collaborate with partner managers, solution architects, specialist sales, and cross-functional teams to position and scale partner capabilities. The Korea Partner Team will look to you as the expert on Data & Analytics partner strategy and execution.
Key job responsibilities
• Identify and engage IT service providers and partners (MSPs, resellers, professional services firms) prepared to lead market transition to Cloud in Data & Analytics domain
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS Data & Analytics services for partners in specific customer segments and industry verticals
• Position AWS for internal use by partner organizations, ensuring AWS is the preferred cloud platform across all product lines
• Collaborate with specialist sales teams on strategic Data & Analytics initiatives, contributing to top deals through technical validation and partner orchestration
• Own design and delivery of Partner Builder program and Korea Partner Heatmap for Data & Analytics capabilities
• Lead strategic relationships with top partners, driving business planning and capability development aligned to customer adoption journey
• Understand technical and training requirements of partners, working closely with internal AWS teams
• Enable internal AWS teams on Data & Analytics strategy, funding mechanisms, and market intelligence
• Maintain robust partner pipeline and conduct regular performance reviews using CRM systems and analytic tools
• Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations- Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
