About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel andPrivate ResidencesNew Orleans is seeking candidates to join our amazing Food and Beverage team as a Server.

As a server, you create exceptional, personalized dining experiences through genuine care, and thoughtful anticipation of our guests' needs.

What you will do 

  • Curate each guest interaction by confidently presenting menu offerings with engaging descriptions of ingredients, origins, and preparation, while ensuring accurate order entry, seamless timing, and impeccable delivery.

  • Proactively read guest needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and respond with urgency to ensure every guest feels cared for and valued.

  • Accurately manage guest checks, process payments efficiently, and handle adjustments or complimentary items with integrity and attention to detail.

What you will bring 

  • Knowledge of MICROS preferred  

  • One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage, Fine Dining preferred

  • Required Certifications- TIPS andServSafecertifications

  • Work authorizationin the United States  

What to Expect

  • Work a flexible schedule, 6 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. daily, that includes weekends and holidays.

  •  Fast-paced environment where collaboration, clear communication, and support across roles drive smooth, seamless service.

  • A high-energy setting that requires continuous movement—standing, walking, carrying trays, and navigating the dining room—while maintaining focus, efficiency, and professionalism throughout each shift.
