What you will do
- Collaborate closely with local Sales Support, Sales Managers, Distributors, and International Marketing to strengthen market share in the neurovascular franchise for Mexico.
- Execute technical promotion of the accessories franchise, ensuring participation in all accounts, and provide technical, procedural, and clinical support through in-services, workshops, and training sessions.
- Conduct market assessments, oversee account monitoring, and ensure compliance with marketing/event processes, providing feedback on distributor and physician relationships, market dynamics, and sales force inputs.
- Contribute to the development of events/marketing strategies based on customer needs, actively enhancing endovascular therapy in the country, and providing occasional support to Global Marketing/Training and Clinical Teams.
- Act as a technical expert in Neurotechnology in Mexico, actively participating in the field, supporting sales and marketing programs, and assisting in training the sales force and technicians as needed.
- Monitor and execute physician product training, acting as a recognized technical and clinical expert by Key Accounts and partners, ensuring proper and safe product usage, and documenting satisfaction and preferences.
- Interact with radiologists, neuroradiologists, and neurosurgeons to understand and enhance product usage, clinical results, and preferences, actively listening to physicians and contributing to targeted or global plans for product development and training programs.
- Contribute significantly to market intelligence by tracking account activity, competition initiatives, and aligning strategies between Stryker and local partners, seeking opportunities for clinical initiatives, and providing information on competitive clinical initiatives, results, and protocols.
What you will need
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Surgical Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineer or related field.
- Previous experience in similar positions.
- Experience with Neurovascular products.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Availability to travel.
Preferred:
- Preferably based in Mexico City, Mexico.
- Experience managing distributors.
