Job Summary
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Advises line managers on people management issues, complex HR processes, offboarding and legal boundaries and executes upon.
• Supports managers with illness, absence, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
• Handles reporting and analytics.
• Supports HRBP's with application of HR interventions.
• Drives continuous standardization and improvements in working methods, including addressing communication and portal content for further standardization.
• Suggests policy improvements to the HRBP based on day-to-day experience and supports translating policy and legal design into processes deliverable.
• Act as escalation point to coordinate resolution of complex individual employee matters.

Critical Experiences
• Certification in Human Resources is a plus to ensure understanding of HR practices and legal requirements.
