What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Motion Designer to join our Creative Production team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow their motion design skills while working on high-impact marketing campaigns.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, video producers, and other stakeholders to create engaging video content that supports business goals and strengthens our brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics and video content for platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.

• Support the development of storytelling-driven visuals with strong pacing, animation, and design fundamentals.

• Design transitions, animated typography, simple VFX, and compositing elements while following brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and producers to bring creative concepts to life.

• Revise and improve assets based on feedback from internal teams and performance insights.

• Stay up to date with motion design trends, new formats, and creative best practices.

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Contribute ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.

Required skills

• A portfolio showcasing motion design work and an understanding of design principles for performance marketing, including creating assets optimized for engagement, conversion, clarity, and platform-specific best practices.

• Working knowledge of motion design and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects

• Experience using Figma

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to take feedback positively and apply it effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Nice to have

• Ability to work with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, suno.ai

• Experience with video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics, etc.)
