About the role

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate the X-ray machine to inspect, compare, and verify the internal structure of the component.
- Perform XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis for material composition and coating verification.
- Interpret inspection results and report anomalies to the Supervisor.
- Conduct dimensional checks using digital measuring systems.
- Verify critical dimensions against specifications.
- Record and maintain measurement data in systems.
- Compile test data, prepare reports, and flag deviations from specifications.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, JEDEC, and internal QA/QC standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent (Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a testing laboratory or electronics/semiconductor industry, entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of X-ray, XRF, or inspection equipment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ESD handling and electronic component packaging is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
