Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate the X-ray machine to inspect, compare, and verify the internal structure of the component.
Perform XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis for material composition and coating verification.
Interpret inspection results and report anomalies to the Supervisor.
Conduct dimensional checks using digital measuring systems.
Verify critical dimensions against specifications.
Record and maintain measurement data in systems.
Compile test data, prepare reports, and flag deviations from specifications.
Ensure compliance with ISO, JEDEC, and internal QA/QC standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Key Requirements:

Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent (Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a testing laboratory or electronics/semiconductor industry, entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of X-ray, XRF, or inspection equipment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of ESD handling and electronic component packaging is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
