  • Build and maintain relationships with partner contacts at all levels, from day-to-day stakeholders to executive decision makers, through regular communications, planning meetings, business reviews, hospitality, and events.
  • Measure partnership performance using internal and external data sources, including Vision Insights/YouGov, The.Team/Neilsen, internal studies, digital and social metrics, hospitality usage, and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare partner-facing recaps, presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations that demonstrate ROI, ROO, brand impact, and overall partnership value.
  • Identify and support renewal and upsell opportunities that contribute to department revenue retention and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal departments, including marketing, digital and social media, game presentation, community relations, communications, ticketing, arena operations, events, legal, finance, and creative.
  • Maintain key account trackers, timelines, inventory records, CRM updates, budget details, and project documentation to support accurate execution and reporting.
  • Opportunity to provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, workflow direction, and feedback for at least one team member or coordinator-level employee.
