Thursday: 7-7

Saturday (first and second): 8-12

Schedule: 8.5 hour shifts with a lunch

Travel to addition locations include:

AMG-Lincolnwood at 6540 N. Lincoln Ave Lincolnwood IL 60712

Lincolnwood weekends include Saturday (2nd and 3rd) 8-12 and Sunday (1st and 4th) 8-12

and

AMG-Morton Grove at 6131 Dempster St. Morton Grove IL 60053.

Morton Grove weekends include Saturday (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th) 8-12.

Shifts are 8.5 hours with a 30 minute unpaid lunch 5 days a week or, if working a weekend, 9.5 hours four days a week with one weekday off. Hours are subject to change to meet the needs of the clinicians and practices.

Shifts range from:

630-3, 7-330, 8-430, 830-5, and 1030-7 (not working a weekend)

Or

630-4, 7-430, 8-530, 9-630, and 930-7 (working a weekend)

Pay Range

$19.80 - $29.70

As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you’ll play a vital role on the care team – supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.  

As a key member of the ambulatory care team, you will: 

  • Patient Services: Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients who arrive for appointments or who telephone or visit in person to request appointments or information on tests and procedures, bills and charges, referrals, and other matters.
  • Billing Services: Ensures entry at time of service of billing information on the patient and payer and accurate follow-up on missing information.
  • Medical Record Services: Upholds standards of the practice and of the medical group for accurate and timely medical records.

Where You Will Work: 

  • Location: Glenview. Lincolnwood and Morton Grove (to cover PTO or call offs)

We are Looking For:  

Required Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years related customer service experience
  • Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.
