Mission
Implement and manage the distribution programs with the partners of a given perimeter in line with the distribution strategy as part of the Region Go to Market ambitions
Role and Responsibilities
1. Manage distributor ecosystem & build franchise network.
2. Identification of “who is the right partner”, Presentation, Onboarding, Training of Franchisee
3. Help in build up systems
4. Resolve operational challenges
5. Financial management and negotiation.
6. Manpower recruitment and training
7. Identification of new markets opportunities
8. Develop strategies to improve sales, profitability,
9. Franchise financial performance, including budgets, and ROI
10. Localized marketing campaigns
11. Coordination with CEM to increase leads and footfall.
Experience
1. Total min 6+ years of experience.
2. At least 2 yrs of On-ground sales Experience in B2C
3. 3+ yrs of Experience in setting up new stores and running a franchise & Store operation
4. Hands on on CRM and ERP solution implementation and managing multiple stores in a geography or pan India
5. Preferred Current experience in Retail - Food & Bev: Like Subway, Dominos, Lifestyle: H&M, Lenskart, First Cry, Aditya Birla Fashion, Electronics: Croma, Reliance Digital & prior sales experience in sales (FMCG, FMCD, Auto)
Education
Tie 2/3 B School with Around 6-8 yrs of work ex
