Your role

As Strategy & Value Creation Manager for the Northwest Region, you will play a key role in supporting and shaping the regional and local strategic agenda across Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Sweden. You will be responsible for tracking, coordinating, and developing the regional value creation plan, ensuring execution discipline, transparency, and measurable financial impact across CWS Workwear.

This position combines strategic analysis, project leadership, and hands-on implementation, with close collaboration with regional leadership, country teams, and central functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, develop, and coordinate the regional value creation plan for the Northwest region, ensuring transparency on initiatives, progress, risks, and outcomes

  • Act as PMO for strategic and value creation initiatives, including structured follow-up with relevant stakeholders

  • Monitor and assess the financial impact of initiatives, including business case tracking and contribution to P&L improvement

  • Support the development and execution of regional and local strategy in close collaboration with central, regional, and country leadership teams

  • Lead selected strategic projects and drive the implementation of defined measures

  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country alignment to ensure consistent execution of strategic priorities

  • Prepare decision-making materials, analyses, and presentations for management and key stakeholders

Your profile

  • Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a comparable field

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting, PMO, transformation, value creation, or similar environments

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with solid financial acumen (business cases, P&L mechanics)

  • Proven ability to structure complex topics, manage multiple workstreams, and drive implementation in a pragmatic way

  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across countries

  • High level of ownership, hands-on mentality, and execution focus

  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders

  • Fluency in English is required; German, Dutch, French, or Swedish are an advantage but not mandatory

  • Very good MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI

  • Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 20–30%)
