Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Generic Team at Hull City.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Holistic Assessment — Complete strengths‑based Care Act assessments, reviews, and proportionate interventions for adults with a wide range of needs, ensuring eligibility decisions are clear, person‑centred, and legally compliant.
- Safeguarding & Risk Management — Manage safeguarding concerns, undertake Section 42 enquiries where required, apply the Mental Capacity Act, and develop risk‑reduction plans that promote safety, independence, and wellbeing.
- Care Planning & Multi‑Agency Coordination — Develop and review support plans, commission appropriate services, and work collaboratively with health, housing, providers, and community partners to deliver effective, outcome‑focused support.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
