Account Executives

Account Executives support market development of net new or acquisition revenue:

  • Own a sales cycle. You’ll collaborate with athletic directors and coaches to ensure their schools and teams have what they need to develop and improve.
  • Close sales on the phone and through online demos. We believe the more calls and demos you make, the more sales you make.
  • Knowledgeable about sports. Being an athlete, coach or administrator in club or high school sports isn’t necessary but would help you connect with our user base. 
Account Managers

Account Managers support market development and expand current accounts:

  • Own a sales cycle. You’ll collaborate with athletic directors and coaches to ensure their schools and teams have what they need to develop and improve.
  • Close sales face-to-face with customers in your territory. We believe being face-to-face with customers is a key differentiator for success. You will also utilize phone and online demos to continuously drive sales forward.
  • Work across multiple sports. Whether it’s volleyball or American football, you’ll understand how all programs can benefit from video analysis. Understanding our customer personas regardless of sport is extremely important.
Customer Success Managers

As a Customer Success Manager, you will focus on retaining and renewing business: 

  • Engaging current users. You’ll help us ensure Hudl renewal rates are high and our customers remain engaged by conducting check-in calls with coaches and athletic directors. You’ll provide education material and answer any questions they have. 
  • Selling the value of Hudl. Across your accounts, you'll continuously communicate with users to ensure they’re getting the most of their Hudl products. You’ll help identify where
