We are committed to creating meaningful social, environmental, and economic change in our communities.

Department Overview

Working closely with a team of WDIP professionals, the Director drives asset performance, ensures alignment with investment strategies, and supports key decision-making across the portfolio. • 7+ years of asset management experience, ideally with an owner-operator

  • Experience in multifamily real estate strongly preferred; industrial experience is a plus
