Responsibilities:

Supervises daily activities of production operators, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Coordinates production requirements and workforce scheduling to meet operational demands and optimize resource allocation.
Supports lead setups by resolving quality concerns and implementing necessary scheduling adjustments to maintain workflow efficiency.
Expedites material flow from receiving to production and from finished goods to shipping, minimizing delays and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Ensures compliance with all legal and internal Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Leads by example, promoting a proactive, collaborative, and continuous-improvement–oriented work culture.

Qualifications:

Technical training or an equivalent degree.
Willingness and ability to work different shifts.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Flexibility to communicate effectively with the work team.
Responsible and with strong leadership skills.
