As a Trainee You Will Cover

  • Process & Performance Improvement: Continuously analyze operational data to identify errors, missing information, and root causes of workflow blockages, contributing to ongoing enhancement of Sales Administration processes.

  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Manage customer requests and complaints, ensuring timely handling, prioritization, and escalation through appropriate internal channels.

  • Operational Management: Oversees invoice processing in Tradeshift and maintains up‑to‑date work instructions and documentation for the team.

  • Reporting & Internal Collaboration: Prepares monthly and ad‑hoc reports while providing internal support to cross‑functional teams to drive progress and maintain service quality.
