About the Role

Johnson & Johnson (J&J) is recruiting a Global Supply Chain Finance Director

to support MedTech Electrophysiology business. The role is based in Yokneam, Israel, and provides senior financial leadership across a highly complex, global manufacturing and supply network.

Role Purpose

This role provides informed financial and business leadership to drive both short and longterm strategies for the Global EndtoEnd Supply Chain. The position plays a critical role in maximizing value across demand and supply, ensuring quality and compliance, and enabling optimal decision‑making across a diverse network of internal and external manufacturing sites in support of J&J MedTech’s growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

People & Organizational Leadership:

  • Lead a diverse, global finance organization of 30+ associates, including domestic and international direct reports
  • Support 5 internal manufacturing sites and a global network of third‑party suppliers and external manufacturing partners across North & Central America, Europe, Israel, and Asia
  • Design and maintain an organizational structure that effectively supports global business partners, including recruitment and onboarding of global teams
  • Set functional goals aligned to business unit financial and operational objectives
  • Create an environment that supports professional growth through coaching, feedback, recognition, rewards, succession planning, and talent development

EndtoEnd Supply Chain Finance Leadership

  • Provide end‑to‑end supply chain finance leadership for Israel J&J MedTech EP, managing significant COGS, Capital, and Inventory budgets supporting $6B+ in global sales
  • Serve as a trusted finance advisor to:
    • VP, Electrophysiology Supply Chain Operations
    • Company leadership of Israel J&J MedTech EP
    • Senior Finance Directors
  • Partner with Israel J&J MedTech EP Supply Chain leadership and Value Stream leaders to define and drive strategic imperatives

Strategic Business Partnership:

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, and MedTech / Corporate Centers of Excellence (Quality, Deliver, Source, Tax, Treasury)
  • Drive profitability and cash‑flow performance across the Global End‑to‑End Supply Chain
  • Orchestrate Gross Profit and Cash Flow Improvement initiatives, including: New Product Introductions (NPI); Portfolio & lifecycle management; Manufacturing excellence / cost improvement; Manufacturing network strategy (Make vs. Buy); and Supplier reliability and performance

Financial Planning, Reporting & Governance:

  • Lead and coordinate the full Supply Chain financial planning and reporting cycle, including: Annual Standard Cost Update, Business Plan and Budget cycles (Annual, June & November updates), Quarterly Latest Thinking, Monthly & Quarterly Close, Long‑Range Financial Plan, and Executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / Management Business Reviews
  • Provide transparency on performance variances, trends, risks, mitigation actions, and funding prioritization across supply chain functions and value streams
  • Drive base business improvements focused on standardization, simplicity, agility, and internal control effectiveness
  • Lead benchmarking efforts and contribute to ERP / digital solution optimization to enhance operational insight and efficiency
  • Champion adoption of Corporate and MedTech Supply Chain Finance processes, culture, and technology
  • Ensure full compliance with SOX, GAAP, and local statutory requirements across all sites and processes

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
  • CPA license – required
  • MBA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications- preferred

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in multinational supply chain finance
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to develop and inspire talent
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • Strong business acumen with experience developing business cases and leading through ambiguity
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and build consensus in a global, matrixed organization
  • Track record of influencing senior management and leading across functions
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting and project controlling

Experience with Supply Chain network transformations in large, multi-national manufacturing companies, M&A integrations / Standardization of supply chain finance activities – an advantage

  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP / JDE) and master data
  • Knowledge of S&OP / IBP, international statutory requirements, trade compliance, intercompany flows, Labor agreements, and audits
  • Prior medical device or healthcare industry experience - an advantage
