Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented finance professional to partner with the Regional Distribution Sales Team. This role will be responsible for managing regional channel controlling processes, ensuring accurate sales accruals, and driving financial governance across channel operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in improving financial processes, supporting business decisions, and ensuring compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Act as a finance business partner to the Regional Distribution Sales Team, providing insights to support decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations (sales), pricing/quote centre, and commercial marketing teams to evaluate rebate programs, track performance against rebate programs, etc.
Sales Accrual Management
- Support, analyse and make proposal for sales accruals (viz. ship & debit rebate accruals) for all products.
- Monitor actual claim trend against the rebate accruals
- Drive continuous improvements in accrual methodologies and processes.
- Validate that distributor/channel partner payouts are accurate, compliant with agreed programs, and properly documented.
- Ensure all accruals comply with organizational policies and financial standards.
Global Coordination & Initiatives
- Actively participate in global channel improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.
- Prepare, coordinate, and analyze global channel performance reports.
Reconciliations & Financial Accuracy
- Perform periodic reconciliations (POA, POS, Inventory) across all Business Lines to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA preferred).
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, sales finance, or channel finance.
- Strong experience in sales accruals, channel finance, or distribution finance in semiconductor industry.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional and regional/global teams.

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and financial systems (SAP/ERP preferred)
- Ability to handle large datasets and complex reconciliations
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- With audit experience would be a plus.
