This role leverages data analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across functions such as Marketing and Distribution. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, and retention while fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization.Job Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive deep-dive analyses across customer segments, agency channels, products, and business strategies to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights that drive business objectives.
- Analyze customer behaviors, channel performance, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Leverage advanced analytics to uncover behavioral patterns, digital interactions, and purchase propensity, while optimizing campaigns and enhancing channel productivity.
- Explore and implement innovative analytical approaches and methodologies to strengthen insight generation and maximize business impact.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to deliver cutting-edge analytics solutions that keep the organization ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer demands to anticipate future opportunities and proactively recommend data-driven initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Decision Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles with a strong focus on insight generation and business impact.
- Knowledge in insurance and financial services is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in deep-dive analysis, insight generation, and advanced analytics.
- Hands-on experience in data handling, transformation, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics techniques, including statistical analysis, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate insights in a business-oriented manner.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.
