Your Mission:
As a Senior Associate in the Procurement and Third-party relations team, you handle complex procurement tasks with autonomy and strategic focus. You improve workflows, advise stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of procurement activities. You work with the latest procurement tools to increase efficiency and scalability. Your core deliverables are, driving measurable cost savings and ensuring third-party compliance with regulatory standards.
What you’ll do:
- Independently manage diverse procurement requests and resolve intermediate issues with strategic insight
- Guide departments on procurement strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Drive enhancements in procurement processes, tools, and policies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Evaluate supplier proposals and contracts to ensure compliance, value, and risk mitigation
- Utilise advanced procurement systems to support operations and contribute to cost-saving and compliance initiatives
Who you are:
- Solid understanding of procurement principles
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator, confident in cross-functional collaboration
- Skilled in procurement systems, tools, and data
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous
