More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Fulfillment Planner LATAM in Huixquilucan with Signify.

  • Demand & Supply Planning: Develops and maintains rolling forecasts, intake plans, and planning parameters to ensure accurate product portfolio planning and availability.

  • Purchase Order & Fulfillment Management: Owns the MTS/MTO PO lifecycle from requisition to customer-facing availability, including PO release, supplier confirmation, and issue resolution.

  • Master Data & Process Governance: Maintains master data, planning parameters, and executes PIPO processes in alignment with RSIM and NPI guidelines.

  • Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Works closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and communicate supply changes or opportunities.

  • Performance, Risk & Continuous Improvement: Reviews inventory outlook and fulfillment performance, escalates risks, and drives efficiency, cost-saving initiatives, and customer satisfaction improvements.

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; candidates with degrees in other disciplines will be considered if they have relevant experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management, with a strong focus on demand forecasting, supplier collaboration.

  • Fluency in English required for effective communication in cross-functional and international environments.
