Náplň práce:
Provádění činností pro oblast právní, Compliance a ochrany osobních údajů, a tedy zejména:
- Správa vzorových dokumentů, příprava smluvní dokumentace včetně zajišťovacích instrumentů (směnky, apod).
- Příprava zápisů ze schůzek a podkladů k interním akcím (např. Compliance týden, Compliance komise, apod.)
- Komunikace a spolupráce s externí advokátní kanceláří ohledně soudních sporů, zasílání předžalobních upomínek
- Kontrola legislativního procesu na měsíční bázi/příprava „Legislativních novinek“ – práce s ASPI
- Vedení elektronického i papírového archivu smluvní dokumentace (vyhledávání, ukládání, apod.)
- Správa firemní datové schránky – zasílání, odesílání, vyhledávání
- Asistence při aktualizaci interních předpisů a směrnic
- Ostatní administrativní práce a podpora (reporting, kopírování, tisk, apod.)

Požadavky:
- Středoškolské vzdělání
- Zkušenost na obdobné pozici, ideálně v právním oddělení či advokátní kanceláři
- Výborné komunikační a interpersonální dovednosti
- Znalost MS Office a Powerpoint na dobré úrovni
- Mírně pokročilá znalost Anglického jazyka
- Řidičský průkaz B
- Silné organizační schopnosti a smysl pro detail, pečlivost
