The Position

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for a highly talented engineering team targeting the healthcare industry, also making detailed plans to accomplish goals, and directing the integration of technical activities. You will work with the cross-functional teams and help to decide priorities and delivery of the tasks/objectives.

The Opportunity:

  • You will grasp and translate complex scientific data and concepts, particularly those from digital pathology workflows — including whole slide image (WSI) viewing, tissue morphology assessment, and AI-assisted image analysis — into user-friendly features and functionality within software solutions.

  • You will collaborate on solution design with architects, tech leads, and stakeholders.

  • You will create detailed product specifications and write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

  • You will align project priorities with business goals and assess technical feasibility.

  • You will collect and act on post-release user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • You will triage and prioritize issues, including defects, improvements, and bugs, for resolution.

  • You will clearly and proactively communicate with department leadership, stakeholders about the health of the team, any impediments they are experiencing, and the impact of any changes to processes or procedures on the team and how you are addressing any issues.

  • You will support the creation of clear vision for a feature with the business owners/customer and transmit it to the Development Team

Who you are:

  • Around 5+ years of experience and overall 4 years of product owner/product management experience preferably in an agile environment (scrum/lean/SAFe)

  • Experience in the healthcare business/industry with strong understanding of laboratory workflows and processes, particularly those related to anatomical pathology, digital pathology, and whole slide image analysis, is highly desired.

  • Familiarity with histopathology, tissue-based diagnostics, and/or cancer biology concepts to effectively communicate with scientific stakeholders — including pathologists and laboratory professionals — and translate their needs into product requirements.

  • You demonstrate initiative. You go above and beyond. You offer bold, value-adding ideas and seek critical path tasks.

  • You execute with excellence. You are able to set priorities within your scope. You are action oriented and decisive. You seek personal accountability, are highly dependable, and demonstrate excellent follow-through.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170’100.00 PLN - 315’900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
