We have an exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team at Kraft Heinz, based out of our Melbourne CBD office!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Create and manage the overall change approach and detailed plan, aligned to program goals, milestones, and timelines.
Integrate change activities into day-to-day program planning, meetings, and delivery schedules across teams.
Define clear change deliverables, required resources, key dependencies, and how success will be measured.
Identify key stakeholders globally and build practical engagement plans to keep them informed, involved, and supportive.
Build strong leadership sponsorship and coach leaders/managers on what they need to do to support the change.
Identify likely resistance or adoption barriers early and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
Assess the impact of changes on people, processes, technology, and skills, and turn findings into targeted actions.
Track readiness and manage change risks and issues, including mitigation actions and timely escalation when needed.
Develop and deliver clear communications (messages, channels, timing), create supporting materials (FAQs, leader packs), and adapt based on feedback.
Support training and adoption (training needs, job aids, champion networks) and track adoption metrics to guide improvements.
About you:
Strong and proven experience planning and delivering change programs, turning strategy into clear, practical actions.
Comfortable working in complex, global organisations and coordinating across multiple teams and priorities.
Strong at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and tailoring engagement to different needs.
Confident supporting senior leaders and managers to play an active role in change and maintain momentum.
Quick to spot risks, resistance, or adoption issues early and take action to address them.
Skilled in assessing impacts across people, process, and technology, and translating findings into workable plans.
Clear communicator, able to simplify complex change into messages and materials that land with different audiences.
Responsive to feedback and able to adjust approach to keep teams aligned through shifting priorities.
Experienced supporting learning needs by partnering with subject matter experts to create useful training and job aids.
Comfortable measuring progress and adoption, using insights to recommend improvements and drive results.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desired,
Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, ACMP/CCMP or equivalent).
