Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Manage and lead engineering programs involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the development and implementation of product subsystems, components, or service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, critical milestones, budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements.
  • Coordinate activities across project teams and internal/external development partners to ensure timely delivery against program objectives.
  • Monitor progress against established plans and proactively adjust schedules, priorities, and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development timelines.
  • Communicate program status, risks, escalations, and issue resolution plans to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and development partners to implement process, product, or program changes that resolve issues and support business goals.
  • Drive adherence to budgets, product roadmaps, development schedules, and organizational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program management practices, operational efficiencies, and engineering processes.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to less-experienced team members and project contributors.
  • Exercise independent judgment to solve technical and operational challenges while influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.

What You Need to Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in program management, project management, engineering operations, or a related discipline.
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Experience managing engineering development programs, product implementation projects, or technology-focused initiatives.
  • Proficiency with project planning and program management tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional and matrixed teams.
  • Experience creating and managing program schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management-level audiences.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and execution excellence.
