This role sits at the center of our marketing ecosystem—partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. You’ll play a critical role in translating strategy into execution, managing complex work streams, and elevating creative output without slowing momentum.
This is an opportunity for a brand leader with strong creative instincts and operational discipline—someone who can both push the work and get it done.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across channels

  • Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable briefs and creative direction

  • Partner with creative teams and agencies to deliver insight-driven, high-quality work

  • Provide sharp, constructive feedback to elevate creative while maintaining timelines and momentum

  • Own day-to-day relationships with agency partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability

  • Help define scopes, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

  • Lead briefing, feedback, and review cycles to drive efficient workflows and strong output

  • Hold agencies to a high creative bar while fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented partnership

  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, communications, and regional teams to align on objectives and execution

  • Bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving projects

  • Translate business goals into focused brand and creative direction teams can execute against

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across all deliverables and channels

  • Apply brand guidelines with sound judgment—knowing when to flex and when to hold the line

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and operational rigor across timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder management

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team effectiveness

  • Campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and at a high creative standard

  • Agency partners are aligned, accountable, and consistently producing strong work

  • Internal stakeholders feel clarity, momentum, and confidence throughout execution

  • The Autodesk brand shows up consistently and cohesively across channels and touchpoints

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated campaign roles

  • Experience working with external agencies and supporting integrated campaign execution

  • Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments

  • Strong creative instincts and a clear point of view on what great looks like

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Operationally strong—brings structure, organization, and follow-through to complex workstreams

  • Clear, confident communicator who can translate strategy into actionable direction

  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward action

  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology company

  • Experience in agency account management or closely related roles

  • Exposure to global campaign execution and regional considerations
