Position: HVAC Service Technician (All Levels; Entry to Senior)

Purpose: To provide high-quality HVAC service, maintenance, and installation for residential and light commercial clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship and professional interaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Expectations:

Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems.
Install HVAC equipment following safety and quality guidelines.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining system issues and solutions.
Document all services performed accurately.
Participate in ongoing training and development.
Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in a professional manner.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

Must be 24 years or older.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Clear a background check.
Prior HVAC experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
EPA certification and understanding of safety standards.
Apprentice or Journeyman HVAC License
Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
Weekends as needed
