Legend Biotech is seeking a Warehouse/ Inventory Control Analyst Intern as part of the Technical Operations team based in Somerset, NJ.

Role Overview

 

Legend Biotech USA Inc., have entered a global, strategic collaboration to develop, manufacture, and commercialize a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy. This innovative strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of two companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy CAR T platform and investigational treatment.

The Warehouse & Inventory Control Intern will apply technical skills to the CAR-T warehouse by leveraging their proficiency in project management, data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and process optimization to both lead and support projects and strategic corporate initiatives. This role aids in determining the most efficient ways to utilize people, machines, materials, information, etc. to provide process improvements in the current and future CAR-T warehouse environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis for warehouse and logistics operations to identify trends and opportunities for
  • improvement.
  • Validate data and create visual reports to effectively communicate key performance indicators to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and Inventory Control team to support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements that increase operational efficiency.
  • Support warehousing projects and initiatives related to facility expansion and manufacturing capacity increases (capacity analysis, headcount forecasting, scheduling, data collection, etc.)
