Responsibilities
Support change management activities for key organizational initiatives, including planning, implementation, and stabilization.
Assist in assessing how changes may impact teams, roles, processes, and ways of working.
Help prepare change communications, presentations, toolkits, and other employee-facing materials.
Support stakeholder engagement activities, including identifying impacted groups and summarizing feedback.
Help gather and organize employee feedback, survey results, readiness indicators, and adoption metrics.
Contribute to post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and updates to change management tools and templates.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Interest in organizational change, employee engagement, communications, HR, or project management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
