FP&A Senior Analyst (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

 

In This Role, You Will:

• Own country/regional P&L reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Lead visibility over budget vs. actuals, ensuring clarity and transparency for senior stakeholders
• Partner with Booking Holdings and other BHI brands to support country-level strategy and value creation
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, structured executive-ready presentations
• Support and build business cases aligned to Agoda’s strategic priorities
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, cost visibility, and financial controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Product, Procurement)
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements in reporting frameworks and financial processes
• Take ownership of high-impact projects requiring cross-team coordination

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3-5 years of total experience, with some of them ideally in an analytically focused role requiring strong commercial creativity and sound financial skills.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end financial analysis and present insights to senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to operational drivers
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced financial modelling capability (forecasting, scenario analysis, business cases)
• Strong communication skills especially the ability to simplify complex ideas for non-finance audiences
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and providing thoughtful recommendation\

It’s Great If You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top university in business-related or quantitative subject
• Finance/Corporate Finance/Accounting qualification a plus (e.g. CFA, ACA or CIMA)
• Experience working in a digital company would be beneficial
• Proficiency with SQL and Tableau or willingness to learn
• Experience with personnel cost forecasting is advantageous
