Job Description:

Job Description

  • Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from start-up through ongoing development.
  • Conduct process assessments, measurements, and data interpretation for capacity and line balancing.
  • Design, test, run, and upgrade production systems and workflows.
  • Establish best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve productivity and output quality.
  • Perform process simulations to validate improvements.
  • Manage project cost and schedule constraints.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Prepare process documentation and operating instructions.
  • Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Operate in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and safety.
  • Support and participate in organization-wide improvement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Perform any assigned ad-hoc duties.
  • Coordinate and execute all launch plan activities within assigned scope during product launch phases.
  • Engagement with assigned Contract Manufacturing (CM) sites.
  • Perform site audit as necessary.

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    Skills & Competencies

    • Proven hands-on experience in process engineering.
    • Strong technical understanding and practical application skills.
    • Knowledge of industry process standards.
    • Experience performing process simulations.
    • Working knowledge of MES and Agile systems.
    • Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
    • Able to execute and follow detailed instructions.
    • Driven by continuous improvement practices.
    • Capable of motivating teams to meet performance targets.
    • Adaptable, able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Experience with "running production" environments.
    • Willing to undergo extensive training for skill development.
    • Able to conduct formal and informal training and develop training materials.
    • Committed to project completion and follow-through.
    • Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and goal-oriented mindset.
    • Team player with integrity and a hands-on approach.
    • Knowledgeable on auditing techniques.
    • Knowledgeable in SMT front & backend process.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry, or 3-5 years in another relevant industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
    • With good communication and presentation skills
    • With strong personality and results oriented
    • Good team player
