YOUR MISSION

Develop tools to optimize partner operations performance, quantifying the impact that they might bring to the company, supporting the design process with data to make decisions, coordinating the rollout of features, and measuring their impact.

THE JOURNEY

  • Work closely with product and operations teams to define the product roadmap and strategy, monitor and give visibility of product metrics and KPIs.
  • Apply data analytics and statistical techniques (e.g. A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering) to uncover insights,validate product hypotheses and solve business problems that drive the highest impact.
  • Translate product questions and hypotheses into structured analyses that drive clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
  • Owning everything analytics end to end in the product development cycle, from ideation and opportunity sizing, to experimentation and post-launch impact analyses.
  • Build robust relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology,business and product.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 1-3 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting, in an analytical role, preferably in product facing teams.
  • Experience with an application of statistical modeling and advanced analytics to provide insights.
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience applying those on-the-job; you know how to join multiple tables, you know how and when to use CTEs, and you use aggregate functions to come up with relevant statistics.
  • Solid proficiency in programming (Python) and experience working with tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks.
  • Knowledgeable and preferably experienced in designing and analyzing experiments (A/B test, multivariate, etc).
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Qlikview.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
