Buscamos a un/a Project Manager que sea el corazón del equipo; esa persona que ama los cronogramas, une los puntos entre áreas y se asegura de que nuestras ideas más audaces se hagan realidad de manera impecable.
Tu misión, si decides aceptarla, será:
- Ser el/la arquitecto/a de cada proyecto: Definirás el alcance, los objetivos y los recursos para que todo fluya.
- Dirigir la orquesta: Coordinarás a nuestros talentosos equipos de creativos, estrategas y más, asegurando que todos tengan lo que necesitan para brillar. ✨
- Crear mapas del tesoro: Diseñarás y mantendrás cronogramas realistas que guíen a todos hacia la meta.
- Ser el/la guardián/a de la calidad: Te asegurarás de que cada entrega no solo cumpla con los tiempos, sino que supere las expectativas.
- Tener visión de águila: Identificarás y mitigarás cualquier riesgo antes de que se convierta en un problema. ¡Nada te tomará por sorpresa!
- Ser el/la conector/a principal: Mantendrás una comunicación fluida y transparente con nuestros clientes y equipos internos sobre el progreso y los próximos pasos.
Lo que necesitas para romperla con nosotros:
- Sólida experiencia como Project Manager, idealmente en agencias de publicidad, marketing o industrias creativas.
- Dominio de plataformas de gestión de proyectos como Trello, Asana, Jira o similares. ¡Son tu pan de cada día!
- Habilidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y comunicarte con claridad, empatía y muy buena vibra.
- Nivel de inglés AVANZADO (conversacional y escrito) es indispensable. Colaboramos con equipos y clientes de todo el mundo.
- Una mente proactiva, resolutiva y con una capacidad increíble para manejar múltiples proyectos a la vez sin perder la sonrisa.
