Responsibilities:

• Received customer PO(web portal/mail/fax)
• Fill  all the order and forecast into SAP, and post the EDI information
• Urgent delivery information transfer to related person
• Tracking and feedback the production
• Tracking order issue
• Contacted with customer about the delivery issue, and separate the shipment if the stock is not enough
• Arrange to daily shipment
• Tracking customer OTD
• Continues to improve customer OTD and satisfaction
• Tracking returnable box in and out
• Print label on the customer web portal and scan the customer label
• Back up for export customer service
• Reconcilation on time
• Other improvement project required, for process/flow/layout/equipment/tool/quality/safety

Qualifications:

• University Courses
• ≥1 years of related job experience
• Good spoken and written English
