The Role :
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will recruit for a blend of roles supporting Veeam’s Sales & Marketing operations across multiple countries. This role is responsible for driving recruitment excellence, ensuring alignment with Veeam’s global hiring strategy, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
What You'll do:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Manage end to end hiring processes from sourcing through offer
- Source talent proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative channels
- Build diverse pipelines and deliver excellent candidate experience across EMEA
- Provide weekly progress reports and share market intelligence with stakeholders
- Coach recruiters through mentoring, training, and best practice knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, privacy rules, and labor laws
What we expect from you:
- You have four to seven years of EMEA talent acquisition experience
- You have hired sales and marketing roles across multiple seniority levels
- You communicate fluently in English at advanced levels
- You build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- You use ATS tools and sourcing methods to map markets effectively
- You apply strong analytical skills to improve hiring speed and accuracy
- You promote inclusive hiring practices and consistent recruitment process quality
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
- Good knowledge of German language
