Summary:

The Pharmacy Program Director reports to the Director of Operational Services and oversees enterprise-wide pharmacy programs in the area/field of expertise. The role provides system level leadership, direction, and coordination of operations, finances, and human resources in program area of responsibility. The role collaborates cross functionally at a systemwide level to direct, support and bring program and service standardization to meet the program and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates and liaises at systemwide level with applicable stakeholders and facilitates effective communication. Coordinates systemwide meetings/functions for effective communication. Develops meeting agendas, minutes and communication reports for cross functional dissemination of knowledge.Maintains complete, accurate, records related to program operations and services. Supports pharmacy services to ensure program compliance with regulatory bodies.Prepares and delivers program reports to operational leadership outlining progress toward meeting goals and objectives, including performance related to finance, clinical activity, quality, safety, marketing, and human resources.Works closely with various intra- and interdisciplinary stakeholders in coordinating the program activities across the pharmacy enterprise.Continually assesses services proactively and utilizes data to analyze and propose innovative solutions to improve the program throughout the pharmacy enterprise.Develops, coordinates, and expands systemwide opportunities to improve program standardization and effectiveness.Promotes and facilitates systemwide opportunities. Coordinates systemwide activities related to the pharmacy program.Directs and oversees the management of the assigned pharmacy program including development of program goals, key performance indicators that aligned with Memorial Healthcare System’s strategic objectives.

Doctorate: Pharmacy (Required)Pharmacist License (PS LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL)
