This Position reports to:
Digital Solution Engineering ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing a variety of software engineering tasks in one or more areas of the assigned areas such as software development, software quality engineering, software testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, software release, support and maintenance, and/or release management, with limited supervision.
- Testing and troubleshooting the final system setup and ensuring its successful rollout through training and retraining the customers and providing subsequent ongoing support and services.
- Ensuring that all required resources are in place to implement software on-time and on-budget.
- Contributing to the software product roadmap and portfolio through suggesting new features, functionality, and variants.
Qualifications for the role
- 5-10 years in mechanical engineering, asset management, or reliability engineering domains. B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Deep understanding of mechanical equipment and systems such as motors, pumps, compressors, fans, turbines, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors.
- Knowledge of mechanical failure modes, degradation mechanisms, and asset lifecycle management principles.
- Experience with condition monitoring techniques: vibration analysis, thermal monitoring, acoustic emission, and tribology.
- Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts (MTBF, MTTR, RCM, FMECA, risk-based approaches).
- Understanding of Asset Performance Management principles, strategies, and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of APM platform capabilities including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, asset integrity, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with digital transformation and Industrial IoT integration in industrial environments.
- Familiarity with data analytics, time-series analysis, and anomaly detection methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards relevant to mechanical equipment and maintenance (ISO 13373, ISO 20816, ISO 10816, API 670).
- Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements in industrial automation and asset management.
- Familiarity with enterprise software documentation, configuration management, and best practices
- Understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, SCADA, MES) and industrial software architecture.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts applicable to predictive analytics and fault detection.
- Ability to create functional specifications, technical documentation, and data flow diagrams for APM solutions.
