About the role
The AI Accelerator / Training Program Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing Nasdaq’s AI enablement strategy by evolving the existing AI Champions program into a high‑impact AI Accelerators community. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding, continuous learning experiences, live events, and ongoing program operations that support enterprise‑wide AI adoption.
The position combines program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and content/platform operations, serving as a connective hub across learning, technology, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational transition of the AI Champions program into the AI Accelerators model, supporting updated structure, engagement approach, and participation lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding experiences for new AI Accelerators, including communications, learning pathways, and access to tools and resources.
- Plan and manage ongoing program activities such as learning cohorts, community touchpoints, and continuous enablement sessions.
- Maintain and update the AI Training Hub, ensuring content relevance, accessibility, and alignment with current AI tools and priorities.
- Coordinate and support live AI learning and enablement events, including workshops, demos, office hours, and speaker sessions (virtual and/or in‑person).
- Partner with learning, AI platform, change management, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Track participation, engagement signals, and operational readiness to support program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor or internal contributors supporting content, events, or tooling as needed.
- Ensure operational excellence through documentation, scheduling, process consistency, and stakeholder updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience coordinating programs, learning initiatives, or communities of practice in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting onboarding and engagement communications.
- Comfort working with learning platforms, collaboration tools, and content hubs.
- Interest in or foundational understanding of AI concepts and enterprise technology adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting AI, data, engineering, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with learning hubs, LXPs, knowledge portals, or enablement platforms.
- Experience coordinating live learning events or multi‑session programs.
- Experience with project management, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across cross-functional initiatives.
- Data‑informed mindset with experience using participation or engagement metrics.
- Ability to work effectively across geographically distributed teams.
- Advanced proficiency in using AI tools to enhance day-to-day productivity for communication, research, and content development workflows.

The base pay range for this role is $79,000 - $138,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
