Our department develops top-notch, high-fidelity engineering and training simulations for a variety of aircrafts, supporting the entire development lifecycle.
We are seeking a student (d/f/m) for an internship in the context of control stations for our simulators. In addition to the overall simulation control & monitoring, these stations are used for instructing and debriefing complex military flight training sessions.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Communicate with stakeholders and customers to gather and understand requirements.
Define UI/UX concepts for simulation control station software. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using a custom GUI framework based on Qt/QML.
Perform design reviews and ensure the user interface meets the defined concepts.
Participate in planning, stand-up, review and retrospective meetings according to software development methodology.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Enrolled full time Student within UI/UX design or relevant field.
Ability to identify, assess, and drive effective and appealing UI designs that enhance usability.
Knowledge of UI/UX design concepts
Knowledge of GUI design and prototyping tools.
Good communication skills to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive and pragmatic mindset with strong willingness to learn.
Fluent level of English.
