Accounting Coordinator

Join our Finance team, where you will perform essential accounting functions that help enable our customers to make positive impacts in healthcare and scientific advancement. As an Accounting Assistant II, you will prepare and process financial transactions with precision and accuracy, primarily responsible for employee reimbursement in China and organizing monthly accounting documentation. You will work collaboratively across departments, communicating effectively with employees to ensure expenses are accurately allocated to different projects, while ensuring compliance with company financial policies and tax regulations. REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Detail-oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, plus CET-4 with basic English reading and writing abilities
• Strong sense of responsibility with a high focus on accuracy and quality in all work products
• Experience with financial management systems and ERP software preferred
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high performance standards
