About the role
As a Benefits Administration & Automation Analyst, reporting to the Manager - Benefits, you'll play a critical role in simplifying, scaling, and enhancing Nasdaq's global benefits programs through process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive global benefits administration and automation initiatives that improve the employee and operational experience.
- Partner with People Technology, the People Service Center, and external vendors to streamline and simplify benefits processes.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of benefits programs, system-enabled solutions, and related policies.
- Manage project coordination activities — tracking priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress across key workstreams.
- Prepare and analyze benefits data to surface actionable insights that support decision-making and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a comparable function.
- Demonstrated ability to support process improvement and automation initiatives in a complex, global environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data tools (e.g., Workday, Excel, or similar platforms).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with benefits-related integrations, testing, or system implementations.
- Familiarity with global benefits frameworks and cross-regional HR processes.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation platforms in an HR or operations context.
This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
