About the role

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of affiliate managers while driving performance and accountability through KPIs;

  • Define and execute scaling strategies across key GEOs, focusing on partner acquisition and reactivation;

  • Oversee commercial terms (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid), monitor traffic quality, and mitigate fraud risks;

  • Own the affiliate P&L, analyze ROI/retention metrics, and drive data-based decisions to ensure profitability;

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to support brand positioning and conference strategy.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • 2+ years in affiliate marketing (iGaming experience is highly preferred);

  • Proven track record in managing or mentoring a team;

  • Experience working with LatAm and Tier 2 markets;

  • Strong understanding of affiliate economics (CPA, RevShare, ROI, LTV, NGR);

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL or BI tools are a plus).
