Job Description: 

The Fulfillment Trainer plays a vital role in supporting daily operations within dōTERRA’s Fulfillment Center by training new and existing team members across Packing, Inventory, and other fulfillment areas. This position ensures team members understand and follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality and safety standards, and contribute to efficient workflows. The Trainer acts as a mentor and subject matter expert, helping to build team capability, resolve process-related questions, and reinforce performance expectations. Trainers may also provide hands-on support across various areas during high-volume periods. 

**Available schedule 2:30 pm - 11 pm Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Train new hires and cross-train existing team members on standard procedures and best practices.

• Support the onboarding process and ensure team members are set up for success. 

• Reinforce correct packing, stocking, and inventory handling methods.

• Monitor and provide real-time feedback to support continuous improvement. 

• Serve as a resource for questions, clarification, and on-the-floor coaching.

• Identify training gaps and partner with leads/supervisors to address them. 

• Support quality audits and help uphold fulfillment and packing standards. 

• Assist with problem resolution related to totes, inventory issues, or order accuracy. 

• Foster a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment. 

• Fill in operational roles when needed to support workflow and coverage. 

• Model dōTERRA culture and values in daily interactions. 

Job Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations. 

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• For safety and other communication purposes a proficient level in English is necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Word).

• Strong communication skills and a supportive, coaching mindset.

• Strong attention to detail 

• High attention to detail and consistency in task execution. 

• Ability to train others with patience and clarity.

• Comfortable using warehouse systems and devices.

• Position requires mobility between buildings, including exposure to inclement weather.

• Demonstrated expertise in packing, inventory, or similar processes. 

• Equipment/machinery/tools used may include forklifts, pallet jack, drum dolly, barrel hoist, strapping machine and company vehicles

• Willingness to work in a physical, fast-paced environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).

• Flexibility to support different shifts or departments as needed.

• Have a proficient level in English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
