ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployment Team is responsible for the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril’s products. This includes forward logistics, maintenance & repairs, field & in-house inventory management, and reverse logistics. They also are responsible for assisting with the installation and set-up of equipment for new customer deployments/test events/demonstrations at locations across the globe.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Deployments Materials Specialist will work closely with Field Operations leads to deploy the right hardware and to ensure mission success. In addition, this will require unique problem-solving skills, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, and a deep appreciation for details. It will require an understanding of logistics, hardware operations, and cross-functional project management to be successful. You will be responsible for supporting the receipt, identification, and documentation of our inventory.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support the receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
- Support the shipping & receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
- Ensure inventory stock levels and locations in the physical inventory locations match corresponding quantities and locations in the ERP system.

- Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and develop strong working relationships with the Growth and Field Operations leads to ensure the successful execution of all deployments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of High school or vocational school diploma.
- 3+ years’ experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations or related field
- Experience with ERP systems
- Self-motivated individual that continually seeks driving continuous improvement.
- Hands on attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.
