What this job involves:
To carry out comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement, and in accordance with agreed service levels, and respond to facilities related emergencies.
- Manage facilities, contracts, and procurement in line with service levels and continuous improvement goals
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and vendor performance to reduce costs and system failures
- Support energy management, health & safety, fire safety, and business continuity initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regional policies, internal quality systems, and client reporting requirements
- Coordinate office churns, relocations, and contractor management activities.
- Monitor KPIs, client feedback, and service delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Assist in budgeting, cost-saving initiatives, and procurement processes per client guidelines
Required Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in commercial/retail facility operations and maintenance
- Technical knowledge of HVAC (CRAC/MVAC), electrical, fire, security, and IT infrastructure systems
- Proven experience in vendor coordination, contract support, and site-level procurement activities
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese/Chinese; proficient in standard office software
- Calm under pressure, proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently with initiative
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, follow procedures, and adapt to dynamic work demands
