As Team Leader Liner Support for SAMER, you will lead a technically strong regional team that directly impacts customer productivity and service success. Working at the interface of regional operations, Global Engineering, and Service Line Management, you will drive quality, speed, and standardization in 3D scanning and wear reporting. Together, we enable our customers to achieve higher reliability and sustainable performance across their crushing operations.

The Liner Support Team is part of the Crushing Consumables Service Line, delivering high-quality 3D scanning, wear analysis, and technical insights to support customers, proposals, and global engineering activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate regional liner support and 3D scanning activities

  • Ensure quality, consistency, and turnaround of wear reports

  • Act as regional interface to Service Line Managers (SLMs) and Solution Specialists as well as Global and Central Engineering

  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes

  • Support installed base planning and scan demand forecasting

  • Prioritize workloads and provide functional leadership to the team

  • Act as escalation point for complex technical support topics

What you bring

  • College degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong technical background in crusher and mill liners, able to read and understand mechanical drawings

  • Proven experience with 3D scanning and wear analysis

  • Solid understanding of installed base and service operations

  • Ability to lead and coordinate without disciplinary authority

  • Strong stakeholder management across regional and global teams

  • Structured mindset with focus on quality and turnaround time

  • Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.

  • Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines
