About the role
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Desing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Create and update 3D models, engineering drawings, Bills of Materials, and technical documentation for Residential HVAC products.
- Support Engineering Change Notices and product definition activities by following established processes and design standards.
- Execute defined design assignments under the guidance of senior engineers or technical leads.
- Verify dimensions, materials, tolerances, and documentation for accuracy and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other functions to address assigned technical issues.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related engineering field.
- Previous experience through an internship, co-op assignment, or up to two years of professional experience in mechanical design, product design, or a design engineering team.
- Basic experience with 3D CAD software, engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical design principles.
- Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to participate in technical meetings and communicate with global engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow engineering standards and documented processes.
