Job Summary
The Consultant wi l be responsible for owning and executing HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients. The Consultant is responsible for delivering the project of good quality, high value and great customer satisfaction within the project timelines. This job profile will offer an individual high visibility with regular client interaction as he/she wi l be the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation. The candidate must be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Ownership: Own the delivery of post-go-live implementation workstreams, ensuring all configurations align with client business objectives and HighRadius quality standards.
- Technical Problem Solving: Utilize Cloud / System logs as a primary tool for debugging and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure the product functions as intended, during the course of implementation.
- MySQL Proficiency: Independently construct and execute SQL queries (DDL & DML). You must be able to navigate complex table structures to perform data updates, migrations, and integrity checks.
- API Integration: Understand and work with API basics to facilitate and validate data exchange between systems.
- Value Delivery: Focus on the "Value" aspect of the implementation, ensuring the client is not just "live" but achieving the desired ROI and process efficiencies.
- Documentation & SDLC: Manage the end-to-end SDLC for assigned workstreams, maintaining rigorous documentation for technical designs, test cases, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a clear communicator within the internal team and with client stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in a professional services or Functional consulting environment.
- SQL Knowledge: Solid foundational knowledge of MySQL. You should be comfortable writing queries from scratch and understanding relational database schemas.
- Debugging Skills: Ability to read and interpret system logs to identify the root cause of issues during the build or testing phases.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with APIs and a strong grasp of the SDLC process.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for both internal collaboration and client-facing interactions.
