Responsibilities Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care TBI + SCI rehabilitation Pediatrics / Adults Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training available) Gastrostomy tube care Dispensing medications Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions. Report any changes Document observed changes Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes Maintains professional nature within the home setting
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions  Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software Current state license as an RN or LPN Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray Current flu vaccine CPR certified
